Russo's Italian Deli is a family owned and operated delicatessen located in the heart New Paltz, NY. The patriarch of the family, Carmine was born in Calabria and raised in Savona. Italy is our inspriation, from food to decor to our motto; "Assaggia", which means "Taste It", and is something you’ll hear constantly around our family in Italy.
